Shropshire Union Canal – Crow’s Nest is a canal in Cheshire, controlled by Liverpool & District AA. Club water (members/permits). Target species include Roach, Bream, Perch, Tench, Pike and Carp. Expect classic canal fishing: towpath pegs, steady silvers and the chance of better fish on wider/deeper sections. Pole and whip work well for bites, with maggots, pinkies and bread punch for roach and perch; groundbait and caster can bring bream and skimmers, while a simple feeder or waggler can pick up the odd carp.
