Macclesfield Canal – Astbury (Dodds Lane) (Warrington Anglers Association) is a 1.25‑mile rural stretch between Astbury and Moreton, just off the A34 Congleton Road. The club highlights quality roach and perch, good bream fishing when boat traffic eases, and a small head of ghost carp. Park/access is best at Dodds Lane (Bridge 80). Members-only (no day tickets) — always check Warrington AA’s access/parking guidance and canal rules before fishing.
