Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1) Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by FishHere (“Promoter”).

2) Eligibility

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
3. By entering, you confirm you are eligible and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3) How to enter

1. To enter, submit a fishery suggestion using the “Suggest a Fishery to Win” form on FishHere.uk.
2. A valid entry must include the required form fields, including a working email address.
3. No purchase is necessary.

4) Entry limits

1. A maximum of 5 entries per person per calendar month is permitted.
2. Entries over this limit may be disqualified.
3. Automated entries, bulk entries, entries by agents/third parties, or entries made using methods designed to circumvent the entry limit are not permitted and may be disqualified.

5) Opening and closing dates

1. The prize draw opens at 00:00 (UK time) on 01/04/2026.
2. Suggestions submitted before 01/04/2026 are appreciated, but will not be entered into the prize draw.
3. The prize draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 01/06/2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

6) Prizes

1. There will be two winners and two prizes:
   • (a) One Lure fishing bundle (worth over £50), and
   • (b) One Carp fishing bundle (worth over £50).
2. Prize values refer to recommended retail value and may vary.
3. No cash alternative is available and prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute either prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

7) Winner selection and live draw

1. Two winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.
2. The draw will take place within two (2) weeks of the closing date (by 15/06/2026 at the latest).
3. The draw will be conducted live on FishHere’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
4. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

8) Prize allocation (1st and 2nd winner)

1. The first winner drawn (“Winner 1”) will be offered first choice of either the Lure fishing bundle or the Carp fishing bundle.
2. The second winner drawn (“Winner 2”) will receive the remaining bundle.

9) Winner notification and claiming

1. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the live draw.
2. Winners must respond within 14 days of the notification email to confirm acceptance and provide any details required for prize delivery (e.g., UK postal address).
3. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw an alternative winner.

10) Delivery

1. Prizes will be delivered to a UK address only (excluding PO boxes if required by the courier) within 30 days of winner confirmation, subject to stock and delivery constraints.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control (e.g., courier delays).

11) Use of fishery suggestions (content licence)

1. By submitting a fishery suggestion, you confirm it is submitted in good faith.
2. You grant the Promoter a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and share your fishery suggestion (and any accompanying text you submit) for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving FishHere.uk, including on the Promoter’s website and social channels.

12) Data protection

1. The Promoter will process personal data submitted as part of the entry for the purpose of administering the prize draw, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy available on FishHere.uk.

13) Liability

1. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be submitted due to technical issues, network failures, or system errors.
2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14) General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or where fraud/abuse is suspected.
2. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the prize draw are final.
3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
