River Dean (Bollington & Royal Oak Angling Society)

River Dean is a river in Cheshire, controlled by Bollington & Royal Oak Angling Society. Access by permit/permission. This is typical small-to-medium river fishing with a mix of runs, glides and deeper bends. Trotting a stick float, rolling meat, or quiver-tipping with maggot, caster or pellet are reliable approaches. After rain, colour and extra flow can switch fish on; in low clear conditions, keep line and feed light.
