Description

Dovemere is one of the Cheshire stillwaters available to members of the Prince Albert Angling Society. Set close to Knutsford, it offers a peaceful, natural setting with a mix of open water, margins and features that suit both pleasure and match-style approaches. Dovemere is a compact, established water with good access for a session or evening trip. Work the near-bank features first, then build a line further out if fish show mid-water. Typical tactics include float fishing to the margins, method feeder work to key features and light legering for bites at range. As with all club waters, anglers should check current rules, permitted baits, parking and any seasonal restrictions before travelling. A current Environment Agency rod licence is required, and access is for members/permit holders only unless otherwise stated by the club.
